When you get a domain at GoDaddy.com you also get a hosting account.When you disable the auto renewal function for your domain because you no longer want to keep it - surprise, surprise - this does NOT disable the hosting account which came with the domain. [read post]

The email from HappyHoliday@GoDaddy.com directed employees to a link to sign up for the bonus, and presumably asked them to verify their identity by entering their official login credentials, etc. so the bonus could be processed. [read post]
