Naquela oportunidade, a Suprema Corte interpretou o artigo 896, parágrafos 2º e 4º da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) segundo o artigo 114, parágrafo 3º, da Constituição Federal (CF) para concluir que somente os valores resultantes de sentença condenatória ou de homologação de acordo  pertencem à competência da Justiça do Trabalho para execução. Organised by CLT, this event is predicated by the belief that many people who would otherwise enjoy conferences that offer round-ups of recent IP development will tend to avoid them if they have to sit through one or more talks on patents, either because they can't  stand them or because they can't understand them.  The IPKat has heard from the organisers, CLT, that its Intellectual Property and Retailers conference in Holborn, London, on 13 February has been pulling in the registrants -- which is most gratifying for this Kat since he is chairing the day and greatly enjoys the buzz that is generated by a roomful of happy conferencers.
