 Albeit belatedly.When your case is (as here) very similar to another published opinion by the Court of Appeal, when you're going the other way than that other (published) opinion, and when your opinion critiques the reasoning (or lack thereof) of that prior opinion, then, yeah, you should published your opinion.Or at least that's my view.
