In calculating the advisory Sentencing Guidelines range, the District Court found that Miller had committed perjury during trial based on testimony about his adult pornography collection, and therefore applied a two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice.On appeal, the Third Circuit vacated the District Court's judgment and remanded for re-sentencing.
