” Extradition to the US – the Abu Hamza judgment As set out in a post by Isabel McArdle, further to a decision by the Strasbourg Court (which is not final yet – Hamza et al have 3 months in which to seek an appeal in the Court’s Grand Chamber), Abu Hamza and Babar Ahmad may now be extradited to the US.
