In "CTM fees to be reduced - but no regular review", Managing Intellectual Property's James Nurton and Emma Barraclough report that the EU Competitiveness Council agreed in principle yesterday to ask the Commission to "immediately propose" a reduction of the fees charged by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) - the second reduction in two years, though it probably takes around half a year to bring them down.
