Segundo a acusação apresentada pelo procurador-geral  da República, Enivaldo Quadrado teria se associado à suposta quadrilha composta pelos deputados José Janene (falecido), Pedro Corrêa e Pedro Henry e pelo assessor João Cláudio Genú, que se teriam utilizado da empresa de Quadrado para intermediar o recebimento de recursos. Segundo a denúncia, esse crime teria ocorrido pela tomada de um empréstimo fictício do banco BMG para ser repassado a Marcos Valério, que teria remetido os recursos para a corretora Bônus Banval que, por sua vez, os teria repassado aos deputados Pedro Henry (MT), Pedro Corrêa (PE) e José Janene (PR, já falecido), todos do PP.
