In the hurly burly of work and life, I lost touch with the proceedings in Mann, but recently I became aware of interesting gatekeeping rulings, issued in 2021.[4] I was particularly intrigued by the activity of Naomi Oreskes, qua historian, who sought to offer an expert witness opinion in the Mann case.
