And finally, if the worst thing these moronic right wing nuts (and senators) can come up with is that Kagan shouldn't be confirmed because she has never been a judge and it's a dangerous thing to put someone without judicial experience on the Supreme Court, then lets all agree to go back and vacate every decision Justice Rehnquist participated in because he was the last Justice confirmed without prior judicial experience.
