Conner, No. 06-50218 Conviction for conspiracy to commit access-device fraud and mail fraud is affirmed and the sentence reversed and remanded where: 1) there was sufficient evidence that defendant knew of and willingly participated in the conspiracy; 2) jury instructions on "deliberate ignorance" were proper; 3) expert testimony was properly admitted; but 4) the number of victims of the fraud was improperly calculated in enhancing defendant's sentence.
