The Commission Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (15 July 2024). 15 July 2024 – On 25 June 2024, there was published in the OJ, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1771 of 13 March 2024 on supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to RTS specifying the details of the scope and methods for prudential consolidation of an investment firm group.
