The court noted that the plaintiffs’ argument was, in effect, that while investors suing in Delaware under Delaware law are subject to a three-year statute of limitations, and investors suing in Illinois under Illinois law are subject to a three-year statute of limitations, investors suing in Illinois under Delaware law must be afforded a five-year statute of limitations.
