The Wisconsin Court of Appeals in a decision late last month affirmed an Equal Rights Division Administrative Law Judge and Labor and Industry Review Commission's ("LIRC") decision that found that a former Wisconsin Bell/AT&T employee's termination violated the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act ("WFEA") when he was terminated for conduct caused by his disability (bipolar I disorder).
