During my stay in the county jail at 17, I spoke with some of the inmates and they told me I was at the wrong place at the wrong time, because Mike Wink the Hays county prosicuter was trying his hardest to get the most felony convictions around for re-election and any people they caught stealing at the Tanger outlets in San Marcos, Tx would be charged with organized crime rather than just a misdemeanor theft charge.
