In fact, as mentioned in the prior post, it’s the Comptroller’s position that any business that has brochures, catalogs, or flyers printed out-of-state owes Texas use tax on the printing charges even if the paper and ink aren’t taxable because of Tax Code Section 151.011. [read post]
