In the Final Rule on Amendment Relating to Reasonable Contract or Arrangement Under Section 408(b)(2) – Fee Disclosure/Web Page, the DOL has amended Labor Reg. 2550.408b-2(c)(1)(ix)(F) to add that the notice required by Labor Reg. 2550.408b-2(c)(1)(ix)(C) can be furnished to the DOL electronically in accordance with instructions published by the Department or the notice can be mailed to the DOL at the address contained in the regulation.
