One official with the Department said that there are sufficient reserves to keep the Kenai LNG liquefaction facility operating, but that the state would likely seek a commitment from the Kenai LNG facility's owners, ConocoPhillips and Marathon Oil, to explore for additional gas supplies to replace the reserves those companies are exporting.
