Of course EPI strongly backs the Employee Free Choice Act so it's not too surprising they would publish a "study" that comes to this conclusion.The evidence used by EPI is less than convincing as they look at four states- Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Oregon- where public sector employees can unionize when a majority of employees sign a union authorization card.
