buenas Noches, ayer me llamaron los de cobranza de SERTEC por una deuda que tengo con serfin por 41 mil, pero no me encontraba en casa contestando mis familiares, les preguntaron informacion de mis celulares y correos asi como mas datos de mi direccion, para ello se hicieron pasar por DHL diciendo que me enviarian un paquete y le urgia saber mis datos personales, era una ejecutiva de SERTEC, Me di cuenta que eran ellos porque empezaron a llamarme a el celular y a mandarme correos. If DHL is to avoid pan-European relief, there must be some cogent ground that can be raised in a country other than France that the prohibition should not be enforced (eg implied licence, estoppel) or DHL must successfully challenge the validity of the Community trade mark. [read post]
