  Apparently, I’m being asked to believe that Bank of America, Chase, and Wells are continuing to have a dickens of a time doing things like hiring financial types, creating efficient processing systems, stopping paperwork from getting lost over and over again, and anything over a couple of thousand calls each day… basically their organizations shut down.
