As I mentioned in a post here a few months ago, I've seen quite a few listings in which, in the public comments at least, the agent states that the property is "not a short sale" -- which can be considered a strong selling point, given the thorny reputation short sales have for many people. On the other hand, I know there are plenty of people out there making offers on bank-owned real estate, and on other homes to a certain extent... and yes, the rates for jumbo-conforming loans have finally come down ... so maybe the April trend will continue. [read post]
