I won't bore you with my arguments on the funding question, but General Clark, in my opinion, underplayed the power of the Congress and the power of Democratic Congressional leaders, like Senator Clinton, to not only drive the debate, but to lead the Democratic Party to real opposition of the Bush/Republican Iraq policy.
