Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, the leader of the 50 state investigation, has reported to Bloomberg that the five largest loan servicers, including Bank of America Corp., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citigroup Inc., Wells Fargo & Co. and Ally Financial Inc., may settle with the 50 states investigating the improper foreclosure practices.
