(AP) -- Illinois regulators say Enbridge Pipelines can use eminent domain to build a 167-mile pipeline in central Illinois.The (Bloomington) Pantagraph reports, the Illinois Commerce Commission cleared the way for the company to use eminent domain to get the remaining right-of-way for the project.An ICC spokeswoman says Enbridge still needs to go to court to obtain the remaining 120 parcels of land.
