And you’ll have some judges that will try to assume jurisdiction of a child that may be in Mexico, or maybe in Michigan, and if the child’s not been in Texas six months and you file your UCCJEA affidavit  then that is proper to um decline jurisdiction, there is no jurisdiction and so it’s proper to ask the court to grant the divorce only and not address any of the child issues.
