Adam Savett of the Securities Litigation Watch blog has been tracking (here) the options backdating related settlements.Adjusting his data to take account of the Sonic settlement would mean that 30 of the 39 options backdating-related securities class action lawsuits have now been resolved, with nine of these cases having been dismissed and twenty-one of them having been settled.
