Following the recent announcement that Ally Financial has reached a settlement with Fannie Mae on mortgage buybacks, mortgage giant Bank of America has announced that it too will settle with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with regard to the requests of the two companies to buy-back the non-performing mortgages.
