In removing Lerach Coughlin, Judge Lynn indicated that she was not passing judgment on the firm but merely recognizing that its relationship with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee was “no longer productive.” The judge named Boies Schiller & Flexner to replace Lerach Coughlin. [read post]
