So macabre.The administrations of President Bill Clinton and President Barack Obama had tried to understand the issue with wide-ranging initiatives and recommendations after massacres at Columbine High School in 1999 and Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012.And nothing happened, including the recommended funding of research on the connection between violent video games and real-world violence.
