In a surprisingly biased news article Richard Wolf and Gregg Zoroya of USA Today report that Christopher Sepulvado, who was convicted of murder and sentenced to death in 1993, appealed to the Supreme Court after the state of Louisiana reported that either pentobarbital or a combination of midazolam and hydromorphone would used for his execution.
