Yesterday FERC extended the deadline for ConocoPhillips Alaska Natural Gas Corporation and Marathon Oil Company to comply with its January 15, 2009 order clarifying the Commission's jurisdiction over the Kenai LNG liquefaction facility and requiring the companies to file additional information with the Commission within 90 days.
