    The Dallas Court of Appeals recently reversed a default judgment (albeit for unrelated reasons) in a case in which a bank had claimed an attorney fee of $3,000 for obtaining the default judgment on an alleged credit card debt, $1,500 for defending a post-judgment motion, plus an additional $10,000 in additional contingent fees for defending the default judgment on appeal.
