Image via Wikipedia On January 17, 2012, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that Shack-Findlay, LLC, a car dealership in Henderson, Nevada doing business as Findlay Honda and Findlay Automotive Group, Inc. has agreed to pay $150,000 to two African- American employees to settle allegations that the companies subjected them to discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
