The Roanoke paper has this article on the forgery indictment against attorney Gerard Raymond Marks.The article notes:"In September, Circuit Court Judge Joey Showalter issued an order indefinitely barring Marks from practicing in the 27th Circuit, which includes the counties of Bland, Carroll, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Pulaski and Wythe, and the city of Radford.The order gave no reason for Showalter's decision.Three months later, the Virginia State Bar… [read post]
