According to the Consultation Paper, Australia would also require that all tobacco packets be coloured a shade of dark olive brown with matt finish and that cigarette packets display graphic health warnings that cover 75 per cent of the front of the packet in addition to the one already covering 90 per cent of the back, together with a further warning to cover one of the side panels.
