Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today announced he's been working with mortgage servicers Countrywide, GMAC, Litton and HomEq to get those companies to "fast-track" loan modification procedures for thousands of borrowers who won't be able to afford their new payments once their loans' interest rates reset.
