DSA is obviously overdoing it, but fundamental approach is very interesting—compare IP: don’t leave rightsholders & platforms alone, someone else has to step in. 27 different coordinators/regimes/traditions of intervention is problematic but the principle of regulatory oversight is at least interesting.
