   Specifically, plaintiffs including Janine Sugawara, Mark McKinniss and Keith Videtto have alleged they were led to believe that "Crunch Berries" and/or "Froot Loops" are made with real fruit  even though the "froot" mentioned in the products' names is obviously fictional. [read post]

  The plaintiff,  Janine Sugawara, alleged that she had only recently learned to her dismay that  said "berries" were in fact simply brightly-colored cereal balls, and that although the product did contain some strawberry fruit concentrate, it was not otherwise redeemed by fruit. [read post]
