I would suggest that the best sources are John Loos from FNB and Jacques du Toit from Absa, even though they only reflect the actual experience of their respective banks.The gap in providing reliable statistics on trends in the rental market has in recent years been filled by the dynamic Michelle Dickens from TNP.Every quarter I carefully analyse the property statistics as best I can from these three sources, but it will never accurately measure the returns of each individual… [read post]
