According to a memo just released by Georgia Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine, Georgia will not participate in a program that he believes will: burden Georgia taxpayers, and ultimately be declared unconstitutionalI am not a constitutional lawyer (or any other kind of lawyer) but it will be interesting to see who is right and what repercussions there are from this move.
