Personal jurisdiction over Curaden AG   In resolving Curaden AG’s motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, the district court found that it had specific personal jurisdiction over Curaden AG based on Curaden AG’s contacts with the state of Michigan and that, in the alternative, jurisdiction was proper under Rule 4(k)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure based on Curaden AG’s contacts with the United States as a whole.
