Kenneth Deshun Woods a former Galveston police officer, currently serving 40 years in prison is accused of raping and violating the civil rights of Jeanna Sue Bouras a Dickinson native.Besides Woods the Galveston Police Department are co-defendants in this case and Bouras has filed the suit before the Southern District of Texas.
