Here is a LINK to an April 13, 2020 Order issued out of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas in which that Court, similar to other County Courts, confirms that it is open for business and is encouraging litigants to keep their cases moving forward.A similar Order was also recently issued in Luzerne County.
