Quarterman.Earlier coverage of the Simpson case is here.Virginia executed Larry Bill Elliott last night, as noted in this AP report.To date, there have been 46 executions in the nation this year; 1,182 since 1977.According to TDCJ, two additional executions are scheduled in Texas during 2009, including one tomorrow night.
