The MAG employees will be well positioned to inform the working group as to what percentage of filed documents MAG staff are now able to successfully process without rejection (see stats here[31]), how frequently they are able to fully staff courtrooms[32], and how long it takes, on average, for staff to respond to basic questions (i.e. what dates are available for hearing, or what unique (and often redundant) steps are required to schedule a motion at this particular courthouse[33]).
