From The Des Moines (Iowa) Register: A former assistant Pottawattamie County attorney, accused last month of mishandling cocaine that was being used as evidence in a narcotics case, has been charged with nine more counts of theft, according to new court papers filed Friday.Jeffrey TeKippe was charged with "misappropriating property in his control," which includes 297 grams of cocaine.
