The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Washington is also one of the plaintiffs:  Even though it is entirely exempt from the regulation (that is, its employees are not entitled to contraception coverage), it alleges that its religious exercise is burdened because it is the sponsor of a church plan used by some of the other plaintiffs.
