Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania filed a complaint (here) in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Meridian Diversified Fund, a Cayman Island "fund of funds" that had invested in the Rye Select Broad Market XL Fund managed by Tremont Partners, which in turn had invested significant assets with Madoff.
