If the owner makes no attempt to clean the graffiti within another 10 days, the city can now go on the property, remove the graffiti and bill the ownerMayor Sal Panto Jr. said that the city would remove graffiti using city equipment at no charge to the property owner, but would charge reluctant property owners who refuse city assistance.
