Last February, Dan blogged about Texas Court of Criminal Appeals presiding judge Sharon Keller and her decision concerning a last-minute appeal from a prisoner on death row.In January, I mentioned that a special master presiding over Judge Keller's ethics trial had issued a 16-page report on the matter.Yesterday the  State Commission on Judicial Conduct decided not to remove Judge Keller from office.
